Preseason live-is tonight's game blacked out?

I assumed it would be seeing as its going to be broadcast on nfln but it doesnt say black out on the games list like the other blacked out games. anyone planning on watching it on there tonight and if so is it blacked out?

I payed 20 bucks to watch it and it's freaking blacked out. This made me want to punch my cat!
