Where He Wins (+)
Wanogho has an urgent and springy pass set. His basketball background is easy to see throughout his game. He has the athleticism that shines as a pass protector and he has the fluidity of being able to mirror the immediate rush plans of defensive ends. A robust lower half allows him to have the recovery abilities when initially defeated. He's used often as a puller during running concepts, which is also another area where his athleticism shined.

He's still relatively new to the game of football as he's shown to still be raw and inexperienced. He has only been playing it in an organized manner since high school. Wanogho is still learning to use his natural traits, but the ground level of awareness is already present. His process as a pass protector has already come naturally and the tools necessary to become an effective run blocker could eventually be instilled into him over time.

Wanogho possesses long arms and his well above average reach shows up as a pass protector. Defenders are hardly ever able to get inside of his frame in order to redirect him out of their intended destinations. He uses his arm length to latch on and quickly stop up the field attempts from the opposition.

Where He Must Improve (-)
He stays low in his stance throughout, but his first step is often backwards on down block attempts prior to climbing to the second level. Wanogho has a bad habit of it with his left foot as opposed to his right one, but while minor, it is a flaw that needs to be cleaned up in order to become a more efficient run blocker and staying on angled paths during zone concepts.

The Auburn left tackle has the necessary length in order to land on targets, but grip strength and carrying out blocks are areas that need to be improved upon. Lots of his assignments are able to shed from his grasp and appear back into plays in order to make tackles. Latching, sustaining and then finishing is a process that hasn’t come to him yet.

His top half is long and muscular with plenty of room to add definition to it. Wanogho's lower half is a bit thin and not where any of his weight is located. Smaller legs allow him to move nimbly, but lack of strength is exposed as a run blocker and during anchor attempts. There isn’t any weight or force present to help generate a push or generate movement to the second level.
