Flozell
Flo has taken a lot of heat lately. (including from me) Though I must say, I wasn't opposed to his newly found mean streak as long as it didn't cost the Cowboys. (actual, I prefer extremely mean offensive linemen) I must say, the man was money against the Eagles. I don't think I heard his named called once. For an offensive lineman, that is usually a good thing.
Kosier
Kosier was solid, but he did make a few mistakes, but I'm extremely happy with his performance.
Gurode
He has played well too and no bad snaps, but I must say, I was livid with him during last night game. On Romo's sack, he did exactly ZERO on that play. The blitzing safety ran right past him. He didn't touch a single defender, he didn't even raise his arms. That sack was 100% his fault.
BIG Davis
He earned a freaking probowl in my opinion just by his play in these two games against the Eagles. I was iffy when Jerry signed him to a huge contract. Especially since Jerry was talking about him playing tackle. Leaving him at guard was without question THE thing to do. BIGG plays BIG and a major reason the Cowboys are winning.
Free
This guy has been great stepping in for Colombo. He has been more than solid in pass protection and the guys effort to get down field and block reminds me of Larry Allen early in his career. I'm extremely happy with him.
Colombo
Colombo has that mean streak I love in OLinemen. I tell you I was a bit disappointed in his play just before his injury. He seem to be slacking a bit and was committing some dumb penalties. A lot of people where a bit distressed with Colombo starting this game when Free has been playing so well, and I admit I was too. Not because I thought Free was better, but because I wasn't sure how effective Colombo would be coming off the injury. Well, he played better last night than he was playing before the injury. More over, the one major thing the Cowboys missed when he went down, the got back. Their short yardage smash-mouth mojo. Lets face it. Free is quick, fast, can pass protect, can get down field, but he lacks the punch in the running game that you need on short yardage. Colombo returned last night and so did the short yardage game. I'm glad to have you back Colombo!

Nice post- Eagles came with their A blitz game yesterday. And aside from a few breakdowns, the O-line did an outstanding job.

No Confidence in Wade Failips
You got to update your sig. Wade has earned his keep this year.

You got to earn respect before you get it. If you've already earned a complete lack of respect, there is a **** load of work that must happen to change that prespective. He is definitely making headway, but I'm not ready to put full trust in him after I've seen him completely collapse so many times in the past. ( did you see the music city miracle? I did )

What I liked is after a couple early sacks and alot of pressure, Garrett, Houck and the Oline adapted very well and kept Romo alot cleaner for the rest of the game.....

It seemed early in the year...nobody could adapt to what the other team was doing, even thru a halftime period....heck it would take them 3 weeks it seemed....

Now the coaches have upped thier game to adapting inside the same Qtr
DeCammillas effect on all coaches?

O line has done well past few games

I hope Jerry remembers earlier in the season though and draft high for the future - For me we should use at least 2 of our top 3 picks on oline

wade does seem to fit in well here with Jerruh and the whole climate. So Jerruh will bring him back now. Sadly unless there is a diamond in the rough out there there is not a coach I see that I really want.

Regards Colombo: for all the whining from people wanting Free in its clear that the Staff know who is better. Colombo was there EVERY play.

I think the passblocking was pretty bad for most of the first half but then again they were blitzing like crazy.

this week will be a true test agianst their Dline

I was more worried about the Eagles rush.

Obviously, the Vikings are more talented in their front four than Philly, but they're also easier to read.

The boys OL usually plays pretty well when they can figure out where someone's going to be. I'm not worried about them being able to handle the Vikings DL physically. Not at all.

?

Good point. You may have seen something here. DeCammilas has a lot of fire, that's for sure.
