I look at the tipped ball sequence differently. Unless they are facing the quarterback, our cornerbacks do not pick up passes well. In this instance, Scandrick's full attention was keeping up with the receiver. Scandrick would have given himself an excellent opportunity for a pick-six interception if he had glanced back at Rodgers for a split second. Scandrick is our best cover DB and this is his main weakness. I do not put cornerback at the top of the free agency/draft wish list. That honor goes to the defensive line in my opinion but I would love seeing some new blood at the position with better awareness for the ball while in coverage--whether it's man or zone. You know what, I honestly believe that if the pass is not tipped, Rogers overthrows the ball on the last drive and that was with very little situational pressure. Rogers was not on fire. I don't know what would have happened but I know this, I would have liked to have seen what would have happened.

Holy cow. Is that what that show's always like? I want to pour bleach in my own eyes.
