Pyrrhic Victory

No you are over emotional and think people are out to get the Cowboys. You are so full of it. lol I agree questionable call no clear evidence at least not enough to overturn the call
Clear evidence ball moved and touched ground. Clear evidence. Blandino go it right. Clear and convincing to him why not the field officials?

dude. That is a true Cowboy fan. We have all seen this movie before and know how it ends.
The movies ends with Dak not getting to the championship game. Get your popcorn. Why people are so giddy about Dak and making excuses when his horrible play againt the worst team in the NFL is all we need to know. This cannot win big games.

Dak has played poorly in postseason and will again. You cannot tell me horrible play against the worst team in the NFL is a positive sign. Dak will never lead this team to a Super Bowl.

Yes last season vs 9ers he played poor, yes played well vs GB in post season. As for Dak will not lead this team to a SB that is your opinion you clearly are entitled to think or feel as you choose. Frankly could careless of you're feeling about the Cowboys.

Fine you saw clear evidence and they hate the Cowboys so much or maybe they hate you and knew it would piss you off. So go back to your paranoid world. I'm done

I thought this was going to be about the players we lost to injuries.

But I love the use of the term "pyrrhic victory."

Not only feeling. The proof is in the pudding. Dak is notoriously fickle and will always be fickle. The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. Take it from a shrink that knows a thing or two about human behavior. LMAO!

A Pyrrhic victory is a victory that inflicts such a devastating toll on the victor that it is tantamount to defeat.
Injuries, horrible play, embarrassment…..Pyrrhic victory….get a dictionary. Thanks

So you read my post, quoted it, and still failed spectacularly. Congrats, that was hard to do, but you did it. My post described exactly what you said. Do you know where the term originates from? How was our victory a Pyrrhic victory? Explain that. Because you certainly didn't do it in the OP.

It was explained in spades. Im sorry you can’t read genius.

Skip Bayless “we are going to beat the Eagles in two weeks”. OMG was he watching the same game I saw? OMG!

Until they prove otherwise. Stafford never been to 1 either until he did. There are many QB who failed to achieve a SB until they did. I'm done with you good luck or whatever really don't care. lol

This is a Pyrrhic victory. Just as you described it. I gave an example of just that. The rest you wrote was meaningless. Embarrassment has nothing to do with a Pyrrhic victory. Playing poorly has nothing to do with a Pyrrhic victory. A Pyrrhic victory is something you can't come back from. Or something very difficult to come back from. Embarrassment or poor play has nothing to do with it. Look up the battle. Pyrrhus quoted, "Another such victory over the Romans, and we are undone".

In no way shape or form was our win over the Texans a Pyrrhic victory. Not even close.

1) Dak Prescott looked HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE against the worst team in the NFL
2)GLUE STICK (LVE because he sticks to blockers) is rounding into form.
3)The fix is on. Worst officiating call of season & the Dallas hater Blandino even called an incomplete pass.
4)THIS TEAM IS NOT GOING TO OR WINNING A SUPPER BOWL.
ONE and DONE 2.0 THIS YEAR! PRESCOT is a lousy leader of men. He is insanely over hyped and overpaid!

You may have not noticed but Stafford was teleported to a Super Bowl caliber team and coach. Dak has the supporting cast and still will not do it.

That would be “aspirations” genius. And yes get your Kleenex ready, Dak aint leading this team to a super bowl. He was simply dreadful yesterday against the worst team in the NFL. Dreadful.
Yep, I made a typo. For someone who used to threaten to report posters to mods you sure do love to insinuate that everyone else is stupid.

So all petty arguments aside I have an honest question here.... are you a Cowboy fan? And if so why don't you find a new team if you think they are as bad as you say? Not like your buddy Dak is going anywhere for at least the next couple of years. Not sure that we can completely rule out LVE being back for 2023 either.

Omg i did not know I was talking to a genius. I would have been more guarded with my vocabulary. Omg, just a freakin genious, I tell you. WOOP de do!

He needs to bottle that last drive, and whip it out and use it when needed.

Yeah, you're always going to have people that forget it's a team sport. Warren Moon sucked. Dan Marino sucked. And Matt Stafford never did anything. Oh wait...

Cowboys fan over 50 years. Why would I claim refs are biased against them? First clue genius.

The problem is he wont be able to against really good teams only the worst team in the NFL. Look at who he was playing. This will not happen against the Eagles, 49ers, etc.
