I decided To Post this in light of the P.Manning discussion.
I am curious to see if Peyton will dominate this or not...

Due to the age factor I would choose Carson Palmer

Who would you want in Dallas Most?

Wow, a certain 3 time Super Bowl winner not even on the list.

Tom Brady is my choice.

Flatout winner and has that "ice water" in his veins. An attribute that is like "SPEED" you can not teach it or wave a wand and duplicate it.

Brady Quinn or Drew Olson. Can't go wrong with Norte Dame or UCLA!

you have to consider age.palmer and eli are the youngest of the bunch.not that the others are old but you would get several more years from either of them than payton.i picked carson because i think hje is the best of the young guns going right now.

Drew Bledsoe....He is signed through the 2007 to be our QB....I see 2007 as possibly Bledsoe's last year in Dallas. IF his playing level is still high, I would not be surprised to see him come back for one more year in 2008 while a rookie learns behind him...

I can't believe that Peyton isn't running away with this. Carson Palmer has a long way to go to prove he's anywhere near Peyton.

I agree.

There really is no other option.

I just can't believe some actually said Leinart or Eli.

This is why I chose Carson also. He will be just entering his best and most productive years. The others will be past that, except Eli, and it's still too early to tell with him yet. He will be good, but will he be Peyton or Carson, or just a guy who is very good.

Can I be the Captain of that bandwagon? I am already on board.

I for one did not vote for Peyton, not because he is not the best, because he is.

However, there are only two guys on the list with even a remote chance of playing for Dallas and that is Matt Leinart and Vince Young. So I went with Matt.

Quinn is the dude....

Olson
2900 yds
30 TDs
3 Ints
67% completion ratio

Our last UCLA QB was pretty good! And Olson should be available late in the first round

I like those stats a lot and you're right on with the UCLA thing.
I just haven't seen as much of Olson. I don't feel as qualified as I should be to argue for Quinn over Olson.
I do love Quinn's game. Guy's got moxie and I've seen him repeatedly put up ridiculous numbers against the toughest schedule in hostile places. I also like Quinn's new tutelage, guy goes from coaching Brady to coaching Brady Quinn. He knows how to coach the best at the pro-level.
One thing though, like you said...we could have a very good shot at Olson in the draft this year which is unlike Quinn in 2007 draft. I think Quinn will go top 3 in 07 and we'll probably draft...hopefully 32nd.
