With Thornton at 1tech, I hope it is Crawford after his shoulder surgery.
Easiest pick: La'El.
Best case: Gregory but I am not holding my breathe.

La'el Collins. He's gonna be a pro-bowler this year.

Also Beasley. He was really coming into his own at the end of 2014, didn't have Romo last year, so I expect him to pickup where he left off.

On defense hopefully it's Byron Jones.

Cole Beasley

Really good player with Romo.

Good player, but limited ceiling. I've think you've basically seen what Beasley is, he won't "break out" beyond what he's already done. I like the Williams pick and I too feel strangely upbeat about Claiborne - I've got a sense that he's just a player who takes awhile to get acclimated to a new place but does have a very high ceiling.

But I think I'll go with Irving first. That two-play highlight reel from college, although brief, told me everything I need to know. This man thrives on the inside despite his height, and he does so because he possesses great strength and quickness, and has tremendous length and subsequent range. I don't quite remember Too Tall fully, but Irving actually reminds me of Leon Lett. Which is a good thing because I think for a brief period, Lett was the best DT in the league.

B. Jones showed enough, while being thrown around two very difficult positions, especially as a rookie, to negate the qualifications of a "coming out" party. He's good to go and we've seen it. If the rest of the league doesn't know this, then a rude awakening is coming.

For the "Hopeful" breakout players: Irving, Wilson, Green and Nzeocha (super long shot, but he's a pet cat).

I would have said Randy Gregory if he hadn't gotten suspended for four games. I thought he was poised to have a break-out year. But the suspension will likely mean he'll be playing catch up again.

Other than Gregory, I'm going to go off the reservation and say Chaz Green. We passed up a lot of good players to take him in the third. I'm looking forward to see what he can do, especially since we couldn't possibly pass on him in the third.

We seem to waste too many opportunities taking injured players with premium draft picks (Rounds 1-3), so I'm hoping he pans out, and this isn't another case of gambling on an injured player with potential.

Aside from the highly obvious selection of Zeke, I'll take Tapper as someone I'd most like to see enjoying success (or showing promise) this year.

Will be totally disappointed if Zeke doesn't just totally ball out.

Rooting for Irving to get enough reps to crack 6+.

Hoping Bones Jones takes a giant leap at FS..

Ty Crawford better beast it with the new vet fa DT playing next to him, man let the guy be healthy already.

Mo or Carr needs to step it up big time, actually both do and with a better interior d-line there will be no more excuses..

Hoping Green makes Free expendable by next season..

Lucky needs to score on returns...

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong...

Isn't a "breakout" player someone that has already been on the the team a year or more, and someone you're expecting to have a big jump in productivity from before?

So certainly no rookies and almost certainly no recent pro bowlers.

Still plenty to choose from
B Jones
L Collins
Gregory
Russell
Lawrence
TWill
Etc

Not sure why so many people (3 is a lot, lol) are so high on lucky...not enough balls to go around for the guy to have that big of an impact

I see no reason why Beas can't average 5 catches a game with Romo.

He will have a couple games where Romo keeps feeding him the ball and he will have nearly 10 catches, a few 2-3 catch games to even it out.

70 catches, 800 yards and 5 touchdowns is reasonable IMO. Even last year, he had a quiet 52 catches which is pretty good considering he had 5 games where he had a combined 2 catches.
