What constitutes a "sell out" in the NFL? (Is it all the seats, a %, etc.)...

And how many of the 100K seats does that mean need to be sold at the new place?

Does the party pass play in to this, and will any sections be closed off?

Anyone know?

I'm pretty sure club seats don't count. I'd bet party passes don't count either.

I can't imagine that blackouts will ever be an issue in Dallas. Almost all of the season tickets have been sold, and I'm sure all the available single-game tix have been gobbled up as well.
