You hit em with all you got!!!!!!!

This was said by Jimmy Johnson in 1991 before our game against the 11-0 and eventual Super Bowl champion Washington Commanders at ol' RFK. We won ,of course, 24-21 in a game that wasn't even that close. I was the happiest 8 year old you could find that day. That win ignited the team, propelling them to close out the regular season with a 5 game win streak

Next Sunday we find ourselves in a similar situation against the Colts.

We need to ram the ball down their throats with JJ and MB3. Couple that with key plays in the passing game by Romo, TO, and Crayton, we've got a shot to show the league that we are a team to be reckoned with ala 1991.

Let's hope history repeats itself next Sunday.

Peyton will be a different kind of monster. BP better be prepared for the greatest coaching challenge of his life.

If he wants to ensure his legacy, he will do what it takes to bring down the 9-0 Colts.

If he can't, we're one step closer to elimination and would require a near perfect effort the rest of the year.

I don't know ... BP has seriously disappointed me before, but here's his chance to rectify.

Believe me, I'm aware of what a huge challenge Indy and Manning is to our team. Yet, I think if we can control the TOP with our running game and score consistently we have a shot. Especially if we jump out to large lead.

Eliminate the penalties.

that too, of course. No silly penalties. We need the most disciplined effort of the season.

I have a good feeling about this Indy game. I don't think the Cowboys are going to embarass themselves. In fact, I like their chances in this game better than I do against the Houstons, Tennessees and Arizonas of the league. The Cowboys know what is at stake and they will show up for real next Sunday.

I agree. There's no reason this team should have a lack of focus this week.

I think this game against the colts will be alot like the chiefs game last year. A slobberknocker till the end. I will be pumped. I just hope we don't get blown out.

The stage has been set. If we play solid football and don't make mistakes we can exploit their spotty run defense, and if Sanders if out at safety Romo should be able to pick them apart over the middle.

For some reason, this game gives me the chills.

I just foresee a great effort on our part ... scoring in the last minute of a close game to go up by 1 (or 2).

Peyton gets the ball back ... and because of a stupid penalty, we allow him into FG range with little time on the clock.

Penalties, penalties, penalties.

GREAT POST

thanks for that comparison! I really hope we can run the ball and not make any mistakes for that is what it will take to win this game.

I'd be more confident about our next game if we hadn't won our last one. Sad isn't it?
