The England Football Association issued Liverpool forward Luis Suarez a 10-match ban for biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic during a Premier League match Sunday.

That is because the ref didn't see it. I think there should be a replay official that only looks for this type of stuff and can call down to the on field official. We have the technology. There is no reason reckless behavior(punching, biting, etc.) can't be handled during the match by replay.

Second time he does this. First dutch league. 10 matches is reasonable. I don't like him at all.
