Parcells never handed out accolades to anyone regardless of how well they were playing. You could save the Pope's life and Parcells would of found something wrong with the save.
I have still not seen any technical evidence that Spears is playing bad. You cannot point at the sack totals and use it as an evaluation of his success and give no other explanation on why he is not producing sacks.
Where is the official 1-Gap and 2-Gap 3-4 scheme guide where we can read what an expert coach says about the responsibilities of each position? All I ever see on this board is people spewing out what they think it should be without any reference or credentials on how they became and expert on the matter.
I want to see how every football fan but me seems to know how to run a 3-4 technically without any formal training or coaching experience. There is little to no credibility on this board about the technical aspects of schemes and I don't expect there to be. We are fans not coaches. If you are a coach, break it down for us and give us your credentials not just opinion.
If you can break down what he is doing wrong the majority of the plays and what me what he needs to do to fix it, then I will listen. Its just 2 cent opinion until then.
