Rams get #1 overall

Selecting Jalen Ramsey would be like urinating on top of the crap sandwich that was the 2015 season. I can't think of less of a pay off for a 4 win season.

Your dream is over, time to wake up.

Ramsey, Tunsil, Bosa, or Jack. Who you taking?

Who would take him like that? What would you get?

He played well last year and has value; who's to say doesn't go for 5 more?

I'm not saying he's marvelous trade bait -- just that he may have a shorter career, and that we may have already gotten his best years.

He could play out his contract and test the market, or he could begin a decline this year and lose his value.

My thoughts on the dilemma of drafting Tunsil simply require the re-evaluation of the other players on the OL, just as it should for any other position.

Taking BPA may allow the displacement of a more expensive player with a year or 2 left on his contract, allowing some trade compensation rather than a compensatory draft pick.

Tunsil may be the most solid pick in the draft, the least bustable. A reasonable FO would look at this from all angles.

:D

I'm not interested in David Koresh either. I football serve one master.
Just googled him, now on same page....kinda:D Go for the top QB; but this FO wouldn't know one unless Sean Payton convinces "them/blue chipper under their noses" to give that player a slot/shot and then eventually(?) see what they should have seen in the first place, etc. Feelz that. Could easily apply to Wertz.

The good news is we won't get saddled with Quincy carter I mean Carson wentz.

The bad news is we won't be getting drew Brees I mean Jared goff.

Who is 2017's top qb prospects? Our next qb is very important as my really giving a **** about the Cowboys heavily depends on if the next guy is as like able as romo

But unfortunately would likely only keep 3 long term unless some take hometown discounts (maybe Fred/Martin similar to Tyron?). Would be an awesome OL though and finally rid this team of another liability in Free.

Yea, it would be almost impossible to keep the group together when they all started hitting free agency.

I want D Watson out of Clemson, but I must admit that I am biased.

From 4...

If you are the titans... Will you take what the Cowboys offer at four without two seconds or what the Rams offered? So the Cowboys offer would have to be realllllly good to beat the Rams.

I will hang up and listen. :p

Well I was talking 2nd, 3rd, and next year's 1st bf the STL trade was made. But glad I made you laugh:D

You don't understand CA. Goff has a fan base over 300 miles North. You don't really even see Cal on TV in the L.A. market. They get zero coverage there. If this were the 49ers it would make sense as Cal is in the same market.

Maybe I don't know California. But I would assume Jared Goff is better suited to go play in LA rather than a kid from Fargo, North Dakota. These types of things are a part of the evaluations. Wentz seems like a perfect fit for Cleveland. Wentz is used to cold weather, big arm, smaller market like Fargo. It only makes sense.

AND I hear Goff prefers blondes, so there's that too:D I hear what you mean though and it does make sense; but LA isn't OAKLAND either;) Well, some segments of LA...the city itself, not LA county, etc.

If we can trade the pick, great, but I think it'd be terrible to "give" the pick away.

I also don't know that a 32 year old Free or a guy that hasn't played an NFL down yet is enough of a reason to not take Tunsil. I agree it seems like a luxury selection, though.

I don't think we'll be forced to give the pick away...many teams will want Tunsil.

Also, Free+Green are not enough to take Tunsil, but Free+Green+who ever we take at #4 likely is enough
