I'll be "that guy". I was PMing with someone 3 weeks ago about this. I work at bank affiliated with where Kroenke is getting the financing for part of the stadium. I was invited to a get together where one of the Rams FO guys said they were in the market to move into the top 5 - they need to be able to market with a bang to sell the upcoming PSLs for premium. The only color was "Tennessee wants too much". My takeaway was Dallas is staying at 4 and taking a QB. Not sure how this changes things

I guess the weighed the price against the buzz of having #1 and pulled the trigger

Dallas won't be taking a QB at #4.

I like Lynch, but this isn't happening. There have been many reports that we really like Ramsey...he's the pick, like it or not. If SD throws a curve ball and takes him, that opens up a lot of possibilities, because I don't think the team will stay at #4 then. But if Ramsey is there, he's it.
