Let me guess. Randle doesn't want to have anything to do with this female anymore and tells her so. She gets upset and goes for revenge and plays the fake domestic violence card. She then realizes an unemployed Randle gives her no money or child support. She then drops everything and Randle gets tested 10 times per month.

Uh huh...that's what happened...

Yes, Randle is an upstanding citizen who has a track record of making smart choices. This woman is clearly an untrustworthy tramp with a track record of lying.

The only time he's got in trouble before this was the misdemeanor shop lifting, so I don't know where your sarcasm is coming from. Wait until all the facts come out. He hasn't been charged with anything.

Well, at the time this news was flowing through the twitterverse, it was.

That ain't news, lmao. The fact that someone declines to comment on an ongoing criminal investigation when they're the em ***** subject of the investigation ain't breaking news! These journalists kill me!

Gun, weed, baby mama, kids on the scene == trouble

If you are involved in an incident that involves the above, I'm sorry you can't play for me.
And I don't want you to wear the Star. Have a nice day.

Never fails to amaze me how/why these young young kids with their 1st taste of $$ would be willing to blow it all by having babies. What is wrong with waiting until they are 30 or so? Just stupid flawed human beings a lot of these guys are. Kick some butt in your profession, save your $$ and hopefully the rest of your life will be easy street, an option that most people do not have. It is obvious that most of these guys learned a big ZIP at home.

Maybe he didnt hit the car window with his fist. If he was waving a gun around he may have broken the window with the gun, if he actually broke a window.

I get that all this anger stuff and acting the fool can be a cultural thing in relationships, but whassup with the mentality? Ive been married over 20 yrs and we've never had gun waving incidents or knock down drag out fights. We've never kicked in bedroom doors or thrown stuff at each other. What am I missing?

They dont have the ability to process the kind of thing you described. That stuff doesnt mean anything to them. They cant comprehend it, nor can they relate to it.

Nope. Personal experience of having false charge of DV against me.

FYI, modern medicine now has drugs to assist you with your delusions.

Way to spin her being too afraid of you to pursue the charges

But if any of it were true he should have been arrested that night.

Sure. But a lack of an initial arrest might signal that the victim was simply too afraid to tell the cops what happened.

What I was told:

We just got this from Police; Recently some questions have been raised about the difference between a Notice to Appear (NTA) and an arrest. An NTA is basically a citation for a misdemeanor crime. It is technically an arrest and an arrest report is filled out but the person isn’t booked into jail. The person is released with an agreement to appear for a set court date. This helps reduce overcrowding and jail expenses. It is common practice for certain non-violent misdemeanor crimes such as shoplifting and possession of marijuana.

Or more like she pled guilty to assault and filing false charges. Potential witnesses included her own children, including one of mine (different mother).

Please contine. I want to witness how truly stupid you get with this.

You do realize that what happened to you, while terrible, has nothing to do with this woman or particular incident? Disregarding any potential DV situation because you had a bad experience is flawed thinking on your part.

Yes. That is the far more common situation. Please continue applying the exception instead of the far more common occurrence.

His teammates obviously can't stand him. Witten dang near ripped his head off right in the middle of practice during the season.

He steals Underoos and Canoe, backstabs his teammates, and apparently likes to threaten women and kids.

WHY IS HE STILL HERE?

Sounds more like wishful thinking & misogyny on your behalf.

No, it sounds like he want to try and use critical thinking in examining known facts.

All we have at this point is hearsay of the baby mama. For me, that is not enough.

She went to his hotel uninvited.
She was not hit by any account.
The alleged car punch was in the parking lot and should be caught on security cameras if it indeed did happen.

That last one is key to me. If the cops had anything more than the he said she said then he would be charged already. The medical examiner has done their thing and unless the cops are incompetent then they have gotten the security tape.

I am not going to actually pin it on her because I don't know but it is entirely possible that she is unhappy with the child support court order or nature of their existing relationship and she was the instigator. I guess some men here have never argued with a vindictive, angry woman. Again, I do not know that to be the case but it is just as right to pin it on her as it is to pin the girl beater title on Randle.
