Dude, tone it down. I think we are making the same point.
I'm not too sure about that. What's your point?

You are making a lot of assumptions to fit your story. With multiple witnesses I'm sure more will be known.
As to why he wasn't arrested, who knows?? Maybe the girl was scared and didn't accuse Randle right away. Maybe the police just messed up and wrote the citation as a CYA. The supposed gun wasn't found on scene, so maybe the police didn't believe her.
I'm just saying it doesn't look good and a person filing a protection order is a big step. He also got served with child support papers, so he is negligent there as well.
So let me get this straight. She served him papers and THEN went to his hotel uninvited.
You don't question her motives at all?
I'm not too sure about that. What's your point?
She been trying to get support from him since last year.
They obviously have some type of relationship/mutual obligations that would cause them to see each other.
The protective order and child support order were filed/served after the incident.
Maybe that is why HE got so angry, that she brought up the child support money.
Way to spin her being too afraid of you to pursue the charges
What's yours?
She came over uninvited. It is what it is.
If she has been 'trying to get support from last year' then I doubt that was the first legal action she took.
I am going to wait and see. Have fun with your instant evaluation. Something stinks for sure but I am not so sure it's Joe quite yet.
I asking first.
I think by calling people 'men haters' for having the audacity to believe her side of the story, you lose all claims to waiting and seeing what happens. Not that there is anything wrong with instant evaluations on an internet talk forum, just show a little consistency.
OK, that "waving a gun" is legally vague and doesn't necessarily equate to an assault under the law. What was yours?
Frankly i think the cavalier attitude of women as victims needing saving that a lot of men affect to be condescending and misogynistic. Both genders do bad things all on their lonesome.
They had already been called in with an accusation of DV. They aren't bothering with if the woman wants to press charges at that point. When arrest aren't made when the cops arrive it usually for a lack of evidence.Sure. But a lack of an initial arrest might signal that the victim was simply too afraid to tell the cops what happened.
You are biasing towards her story over Randle. I don't know which one is telling the truth and am not going to front. I am quite consistent.
I commented on misandry in reaction to having my position labeled as misogynist anyway. I try to use other's standards when trying to relate to them.
As far as I know, there are no state laws prohibiting the open carry of firearms in Kansas, but there may be local ordinances that do. If there are such ordinances, even the waving of a firearm could bring additional charges Randle's way. I see no evidence that an assault occurred but I haven't seen it all, to be fair.
Not sure if you are serious are tongue-in-cheek.
In the event you are serious, then I agree.
If otherwise, getting your name bandied about in regard to the police is not by happenstance.
Can we wait for the facts to come out on this before we cast judgment?
