I'd like to hear from some of the folks who live in Dallas....what the heck is the deal with Galloway? I've streamed his show a few times this week at work and I can't believe what a hater he is. I'm not looking for him to be a total homer (like we have here in Richmond, VA for the Skins), but he seems to genuinely dislike the Cowboys. Is there some history there that I don't know about? He just seems to be really enjoying ripping on the 'Boys, and especially T.O.

I have been listening to Randy for a little over two years now. The biggest thing that has sent him over the edge is BPs handling of the QB position.

For a while though that was his only negative issue that pushed much other than that he was fine.

However, he hates TO and believes that Bill Parcells has been tamed by Jerry Jones and he does not like that at all.

He has been much more negative this year, as matter of fact it is not even comparable.

I dunno, they dislike the Cowboys so much, I stopped listening to any local sports radio a couple of months ago.

Poor old Granda Urine is senile to begin with. The signing of TO drove him insane--& he took Dale Hansen & Jenny Floyd-Engle with him.

Remember that this is the same Galloway who screamed that the Cowboys should have signed Collins 2 years ago & Culpepper this spring. (Claimed that Collins would be the next Delhomme, on whom he has a serious "Brokeback Mountain"-type fixation.)

He did not always hate Big Bill though. He used to preach Trust In Big Bill, but that went away when the QB position become somewhat of a joke and bringing in TO was the final straw for Galloway.

Bottom line, Galloway's act is all a bit. He would love nothing more than to see the Boys win another Super Bowl in his old age. Same goes for Hansen. I wish so bad for us to win it all this year just for the sake of shutting these clowns up.

the underlying problem that all of you are overlooking with Gayolloway is that his microphone is apparantly up his throat, as I can hear every single in and out breath that he takes, and I can even hear the movement of his nose hairs on air

Galloway thinks his opinion on things is more important than what it is.Hansen is been bitter towards the cowboys for a long time.The whole local faction of espn radio is very anti-cowboy.They have been that way ever since Jerry Jones decided to go with the ticket as the local cowboy station instead of espn.

Every sports columnis has ripped the cowboys over the last what ten years. I mean we haven't won a playoff game in 10 years. We have had BS coaches, BS quarterbacks, BS teams, we havn't done jack nothing. Like Dale Hansen says "What is it that you want me to be positive about". Galloway isn't the only one. I just wisht they did the same thing with the rangers maybe they will win a playoff series.

Galloways biggest bit is he is trying to steal The Tickets bit for hating the Cowboys.

Since The TIcket became the official Cowboy station, the local ESPN radio crew decided they all would be negitive about the Cowboys.

I went over to ESPN radio to hear sports talk because I grew tired of all the bits the ticket did, but now, ESPN radio is trying...and failing big time, at doing the same thing.

You can hear it all the time...But like the ticket says..."We can do what you do, but you can't do what we do". The local ESPN bunch is just bad. Period.

I agree 100% (except the Rangers bit. I'm a Jays fan.) I can never understand this fan mentality of only wanting to hear relentlessly positive coverage. Granted, I don't tune in to guys like Galloway, so I can't comment on him per se, but some people on here will get upset when Aikman makes any negative comment regarding the team (he instantly becomes a 'hater', a word closely approaching 'agenda' in terms of overuse and indeed, uselessness.)
