Randy Gregory’s impending return has Cowboys players excited

Why? He hasnt done squat. Some consider him to be the savior of the defense. I doubt it. And he certainly is not about to supplant our best DE Alton Smith.

This move might pop Griffen over to 3 tech for some snaps. If we are rolling out a rotation that includes Gregory, Smith, and Lawrence we are gonna wear out olines.

Aldon Smith is playing too many snaps. Gregory should allow them to give Smith more rest.

and that is the million dollar question. Aldon Smith has surpassed many peoples expectation with his return. I would love to see something similar from Gregory but not counting on it right away.

So who are they taking out when he plays? Lawrence, Griffin, Aldon? Those are our best players on D at the moment. Glad he is back, but its overkill at this point. Trade Griffin for a DT or something.

Can't you envision the press asking Gregory about the three sacks Gregory just had for a game and Gregory telling the reporter, its all because of weed brand XYZ? lol

I said it in another thread I believe we can expect the next 8 games to be the best 8 game stretch of this guys entire career. Then in the off season Jerruh will reward him with a monster deal telling us all how he was right all along. Then Randy will revert back to the turd that he is.
