Wow what an assumption. He cant just be getting his mind right. He must be disinterested. David Irving. Now thats a guy who is disinterested. Gregory has a mental illness. Lets relax on the judgements

I believe he suffers from bipolar disorder. This means that, when he's up, he'll be great; when he's down, he'll be disinterested and may self-medicate. This means he'll probably be unreliable, but he might be worth a roster spot if only for when he's up/great and accepting the down times as you would injuries.

Oh yeah, I remember listening to him day after day talking about how the Eagles had an almost unfair advantage over the rest of the league due to Kelly's brilliance. He harped on and on about it. Less than 2 years later Kelly was fired.

I doubt his college coach said this. It would be a violation of FERPA, a federal law which prohibits school officials from disclosing private information about a student.
I teach on the college level, and every time I have a student with ADA accommodations, I'm reminded of FERPA and disability regulations PROHIBITING me from disclosing the nature of their ailment to anyone.
A university could lose federal money for violating FERPA.
If a coach did disclose this, he likely didn't work for the university at the time of the disclosure.
