Randy Gregory has done everything the Cowboys have asked so far.

“I’m making plays, doing what’s asked and trying to stay out of trouble,” Gregory said.

The defensive end continues to gain weight, too. He said he has added 12 pounds so far, up to 243, with the Cowboys hoping for even more healthy weight.

“It’s easy to see his talent, very easy to see,” owner Jerry Jones said. “His willingness to take coaching from his teammates, as well as the coaches themselves – all of those things, you like. Those are intangibles. I’m pleased that he’s gained the weight he’s gained. I’m going to round this off, but I’d say he’s up 15 pounds. And he doesn’t labor in any way with that 15 pounds. He can lose it -- I’m envious -- he can lose it as fast as anybody that you can imagine, but he can also put it on. His diet – he’s doing some good stuff. He’s been very responsible.”

Amazing the different a year makes.

This time last season, George Selvie was probably our best DL at the time. Now I feel like we will be fine if our best pass rusher (Hardy) misses significant time with his suspension.

I think Gregory will bring fear into other teams QB's eyes.

So will the rest of his teammates on defense....

The Cowboys defense got embarrassed two years ago in the rankings. Not this year.

Last year they did pretty good. Now the Cowboys are getting some talent with one goal. And that is to help the team achieve the goal.

I'm excited about the talent they added and Lee coming back but there is more to it than that. I could see and I think some others did as well, an attitude beginning to permiate the entire roster. Both sides of the ball but I was impressed by the fact that this attitude grew in a defense with no real stars. They played beyond what any of us could have expected.

Rod Marinelli!

Good thing is about Linehan/Marinelli...there is a decent chance both will be perfectly content being coordinators for some time. Both have had head coaching gigs and failed (miserably in Marinelli's case)

You don't paste hamburgers on your hips or pecs. You absorb amino acids, glucose and fat then use it for fuel, store it and build proteins including muscle. There isn't a 'healthy' amino acid to ingest. And you only need to intake enough of the essential amino acids as the body can build the rest of them.

Why bother with facts he just wanted to complain :)

This kid could really turn out to be a huge steal for us. This whole draft class actually could, really.

It's nice to sit back and feel good about your team during these parts of the offseason.

When the interviewer brings up coach Marinelli I noticed Randy gets giddy. Tells me he really likes and respects coach.
