wade philips guys question to rocket and randy; igor, brooking, is it to late rocket, no its never to late to try to improve, rocket feels biggest acqistion was kitna and bring a good leadership presence in locker room, brady points out kitna knows roy williams

well, brady i think first of all some of the moves, they are tryhing to change chemistry on this team, more underlining problems, we want to tak football, not other issues, with wade bringing in these players, like when roger went out, the attitude we had, no panic set in, but everyoine had to pick it up and do more, brady said players just didnt realize and told him they didnt realilze if something happened to romo if they are going to win;
randy goes on and says, the special teams area has really hurt dallas, this is what sets the pace for games and kinda sets tone for games, and i think special teams have been terrible and randy says i think the cowboys are trying to improve like with this new special teams coach and you need that, paraphrasing here
