Nice try at insinuating a point that was never made.

The whole concept is that when your team is not performing well and you have some young budding "star" who is, fans will latch onto it to scrape together some source of pride.

Why must you remind us. I was around these parts then. Im not getting older... You're getting older!

Seems like Wentz has the better release, the only thing about Dak that’d I’d like to change other than him throwing off his back foot so much and sailing passes (nitpicking here he didn’t really do it against Green Bay from what I remember) is his release. It could be a little quicker, I think he’ll slowly improve that

Obviously you are too young to remember the chest puffing that was going on in Williams' first two seasons where people were running around thinking he was a Hall of Famer, like it mattered when your team was losing.

they went 10-6 in his second season, He looked amazing next to Woodson and Parcells was here to help him along.

there was no reason not to be excited about williams in his second season. Woodson and Williams were outstanding together.

Where the hell is Risen?

I don't think Wentz is garbage at all, that's kind of silly talk. He's good at what they're having him do. And Wentz is a lot stronger than I thought.

But I still see more from Dak. If we had that D, this would be the super bowl fave.

The biggest difference, the eagles are using wentz strenghts for him and dallas wont unleash Dak to his potential. The season is flushed, let him do his thing

Both young QBs are good, I give the edge to Wentz because he challenges the defenses deep and that is where great QBs make their money. Dak's deep ball is inconsistent and lacks anticipation at times which might be a product of play calling and receivers not running correct routes. One thing is certain, Dak needs butler to be his #2 having T-Will taking so many snaps is limiting Dak's productivity.

So what were the throws?

Do you watch Wentz every week? Many of us do. We see him over throw deep passes, screens, slants — all ranges of the field. We also see him with a great D, Agholor wants to catch all of a sudden, and a great OL. Now that he has weapons, he’s great. Last year, when Dak had an O with surrounding weapons, it was his teammates and not him. Which is it?

Kevinitis, it’s okay to embrace Dak.
