It appears the FO's decision-making process is on the upturn for the Cowboys these days. It definitely took a while for Jerry to place his trust in those appointed to be talent evaluators for this team but obviously, things are looking up. Here's hoping the trust factor that we now enjoy remains essentially intact for a good while to come.
