Anyone read about the talks being held on a trade between the Ravens and us. Supposedly it is Roy Williams and Greg Ellis for Ed Reed and Ray Lewis.

Can't see it unless getting Lewis is trading him to the Browns or someone. Lewis and Owens in the same lockerroom doesn't work.

It is lies from what I have read. Posters from this board got into it with the guys at The Ranch Report for making it up.

If it is true it will be one of the most moronic trades since Joey Galloway

No. What happened is the RR posted the article, saying talks had been discussed in previous minths, but the deal was virtually dead. In the article, one source even went as far as to call it "dead."

People here saw the article, speculated, and assumed it was talking about live talks now.

They are wrong. I just re-read the article to make sure.
