Didn't one of his children die recently?
A child which he did not know about was abused to the point of death last summer by the mother's boyfriend. It was a horrible situation. Peterson literally did not even know of the child's existence until 2 months before the tragedy.

The little boy had bleeding cuts. He's 4. That is excessive & cruel. Spank his little butt fine.

But switch him till he has bleeding cuts? Oh heck no.

NFL had a bad week.

TMZ had a great one.
Apparently the boy is 11, not 4. Doesn't really change anything, of course.

I was in physical therapy this summer and another guy there was a cop. We got talking, and I asked him if he was a Giants fan. He said "I don't watch sports, especially football cause those players are scum". He said his wife works in the NFL law offices in NY, and he said you wouldn't believe the trouble these guys get into that never makes the headlines.

I hope you're ok!

TMZ would pay to talk to that cop's wife! :)

How many dads would have been indicted 40 years ago?

My football coach would have been indicted too, he used to have us make big paddles in wood shop with hole drilled in them and if you got out of line or got caught cheating on exercises (impossible not too, imagine trying to hold your feet 6 inches off the ground while lying on your back for 5 minutes), you would be brought to the center of the basketball court and have to bend over and take licks from the paddle

Its comical looking back & I don't feel scarred in the least, I think its hilarious

Wouldn't it have been easier to just make you guys run extra laps or something?

I think you're pretty much naming 80% of all high school coaches. My highschool Baseball coach would make us drop our shorts (we still had on boxers) to make sure we didn't have any extra cushion, boy did that STING! Not kidding, one day after getting licks my left cheek was purple/bruised. That was for getting a bad grade in art class, I promise you one thing, I made straight A's after that.

maybe but probably not as fun for the coaches, they seemed to like it. Jr high for me was like going to prison as fresh meat, the grades were 7th thru 9th and I remember some of the 9th graders were 17 years old because they couldn't pass their classes. Their were drugs, fights and as a 7th grader you had to watch your back all the time for fear that the older kids would beat the **** out of you.

One of the coaches was so bad, that a couple of guys that went to my jr high made a movie about him. Its called Mr Woodcock. When I first watched it, I was having flash backs thinking damn, this is familiar! I found out later it was actually about my jr high coach, crazy & funny looking back on it

was wondering the same thing but pics look to show a kid that's at least 6 so not sure. Interesting coincidence tho

I just saw the pics...I agree it is very interesting that Peterson would do this after having suffered the death of a child due to abuse...
