Bush is going to be a real special player. He has to prey he doesn't get trapped in Houston.

Deangelo Williams may end up being the most productive back in this draft.

Most overrated back? Hands down LenDale White. Fits the mode of a Ron Dayne, Duckett big slow terrible Big 10 back....... Passsssssss

Underrated - Maroney is all that and some and will be a gem when taken if he falls to late 1 or 2.

Sleeper - Leon Washington - FSU

I liked what I saw from Hall(I believe his first name was Adam) in the little bit that I was able to see on ESPN. I'll be curious to see how he performs tomorrow.

Where'd he go to school?

Andre Hall, South Florida
5-11 205
quick scatback type, Speed is his game, can get to corner. Has good hands as a receiver and can make things happen after the catch

Shot to hell:

"Big Slow Terrible Big10 back"
TJ Duckett 4.41 40 (MSU Pro Day, March 13, 2002)
Ron Dayne 4.55 40 (Wisconsin Pro Day, April 3, 2000)

In Comparison

LenDale White 4.47 40 (USC Spring Practice, March 29, 2005)
Laurence Maroney 4.55 40 (Minnesota Spring Practice April 2nd, 2005) --Big Slow Terrible Big10 Back?
Deangelo Williams 4.49 40 (Memphis Spring Practice March 16, 2005)

I'll say it again Nors. Take the time to research this stuff on your own and come to your own conclusion. Table full yet?

Big slow football running backs. That they indeed are.

Look at what Emmitt did and he ran a 4.6 Show it on the football field.

LenDale Weight will be the next overweight, busted high draft pick. You can have him!

Ok, so......TJ Duckett is faster then anyone you mentioned including your beloved Williams and Maroney so where's your argument? You say they indeed are so I would have to assume your including them with that comment. Care to try and say something that makes sense?

Williams reminds me a lot of Emmitt Smith/L. Thomlison when it comes to physical stature but will he play like Emmitt or LT is the big question.

Nors will be wrong 99% of the time. Hey, we all have our opinions.

--- I'm just glad to see you make one on your own.

I'll be curious to see what they run at either the combine or the pro days when the nfl teams are involved. Typically don't the spring practices tend to exaggerate their stats?

In general they do tend to show up a little quick but on the other hand players tend to improve their speed over the course of a season. It tends to average out.

If you are correct though were going to have a class of slow RB's. White, Williams and Maroney all around the 4.5-4.6 range? Not a good showing for the class of 06'

Ron Dayne isn't successful because of lack of speed. He just refuses to run between the tackles. A guy his size has to be a between the tackles kind of runner and he is not. He is fast enough for the NFL, just not fast enough to be the kind of back he thinks he is, a outside in space runner.

Lendale White is an inside runner. I think he will have a good career. I don't know if he will be a top back, but he could be there for years if used right.

I like both Williams and Maroney. Both should help any team they go to this season.

Dangelo Williams is the real deal

Way to go out on a limb. I can't think of anyone else who's saying that but 99% of the population:bow:
