..SeaHags for a 7th in the upcoming 2014 Draft, Oakland to land top QB @ #5 Overall, Bridgewater? Maziel, Bortles or Carr?

Or do they wait later than the 1st round with newly acquired Matt Schaub at the helm.


Personally liked the athletic Pryor for a developmental QB with upside....now I'd take a QB in the 1st for the Greatness of Da Raidas'.

oH where is it News Zone? My bad on the re-re..

Rather have Pryor for the future who cost them a 3rd Round in the supplemental Draft than Schaub who cost them a 6th Rounder this year...also a 1st round QB or a 2nd-3rd pick in this years deep class......the Raidas seem to have a plan, I think that plan should involve the future at QB early in the coming Draft.

He was traded just a few hours ago to the SB Champion Sea Hags, he's a good fit in Seattle 6.5 ht 211lbs, great backup for Wilson. Increasing the odds of the 16th being a top flight choice if Raidas take QB @ #5 can be perceived as a positive.

Raiders have been linked to Carr for some time by people who are close to the organization. I can't see it at 5 and if the Texans don't take a QB at 1, then they would have to move up into the 1st round again, in order to take one I would think but then again, they might be banking on the fact that Houston will not draft another Carr. IDK. Maybe trade up with the Texans for 33?

With all of that talent in the top 5, I just don't see the Raiders burning that pick on a QB when they have Schaub and an early 2nd rounder in hand.

he is a mobile QB. Did not do too badly in his few starts. Ideally you want the same type of QB with your backup as your starter (i.e. pocket vs mobile)

No it isn't. Pryor has been on the outs in Oakland for months. The chances of them taking a QB are no greater now than they were before they traded him
