1 Starting DE, 2 more for rotation

2 starting LBs (overshown has promise, but huge injury risk)

2 starting corners (Bland 2 foot surgeries)

1 starting safety

I think fans have absolutely no idea and won't until we get somebody qualified to assess the defense.

Too many people here are armchair predictors we need quality coaching that can assess our talent and come up with a scheme that properly fits it and then add the talent we need.

The whole idea of dismantling other parts of the team and just throwing talent at the defensive side and hoping it works without assembling an elite coaching staff on that side of the ball is ridiculous.

People act like Dak needs 2 number 1s. He did great with 1 number 1 and number 2s like Gallup and Brandon Cooks.
If we sign and trade Pickens for Crosby, I’m happy.

No Pickens means the offense and Dak take a big step back. You lose explosiveness in the offense if you bring back Williams at TB, who is a grinder, and have Lamb as your only big play player.

Pickens has to be back, hopefully on a tag, or you have to find some other options if you let him walk.

Not true. In 2023 Dak led the league in TD passes, 69% completion percentage, 105.9 passer rating, and that was with Gallup and Brandin Cooks as the number 2 receivers. We had once of the best offenses in the league. We have a better run game now and Fournouy a better 2 than Gallup was. We wouldn’t fall off a cliff offensively. If we traded Pickens for Crosby I’d be happy.

People keep thinking that Dallas is going all in to sign Pickens and Javonte and going to be active in FA but they shot their load this year. Don’t expect much. They will probably sell their soul to Prescott to restructure AGAIN! Just to try and get even in the salary cap.

Train up Pickens for an optimal interview with Brady, then get a package together for him to go to LV for Crosby since they will need a WR1 for the QB they gonna draft next year.

Flournoy's play, especially in last three games where he outplayed Pickens, makes me more comfortable to move on from him. We just have too many holes on defense and could probably get a cheaper decent WR in free agency as well. Not saying I don't want Pickens, but a stout defense would get us more wins.

Exactly….i like Flournouy as a 2 and if we traded Pickens Pickens for Crosby, and use the draft pics on D with some free agents, I think we get a lot better. People need to look up Daks numbers in 2023 when we had Gallup and Cooks as our number 2 WRs lol.

Restructuring Dak basically guarantees longer term mediocrity. Just see out his contract and then move on ffs.
