Valiant effort indeed.

Kellen looks like an adequate backup for sure.

There was a time cowboy fans weren't satisfied with 'moral victories' because this was a team that hungered for championships

Now out fans are "real proud" of how a 4-9 team played in a loss

Thank you Jerry, Stephen and Garrett

Thank you

In some ways it feels like it, but as good as it was its just a small blip on the screen that goes back 20 years . . . . .

Indeed. Perhaps more of an anomaly than an indication that the ship has finally been righted...

That game was definitely a moral victory.
1. Losing gets us a better draft pic ultimately.
2. Watching the end of Cassel
3. Observing who the losers are on the team.
4. Losing means one step closer to Garrettsville being canned.
5. Seeing a QB with a pulse.
6. Exposing some assistant coaches as frauds.

JJ Wilcox is a bad football player and has been for a very long time.

If anyone is proud of the way the Cowboys played last night then they must be proud of the way they've played all season because last night was a repeat of what we've seen all season. What we saw against the Jets is why the Cowboys are officially done with 2 games left in the season. The team did last night what they've been doing all season blowing a winnable game. Once again the defense gave up a big play in crunch time that helped eliminate the team from the playoffs. This season has been an epic failure from the coaching all the way down. The Cowboys are in the basement of a division where it may only take 7-8 wins to win it.

To only be able to win one game all season without Romo shows how far this team is from being a championship caliber team. The Cowboys are sitting at 4-10 having to win out just to match the 6 win total of the 2010 team that got Wade Phillips fired and the team dismantled. If the Cowboys lose out they'll finish one game worse than any of Dave Campo's teams that had an even worse QB and RB situation. This season has been a total embarrassment!
