You simply cannot give up THAT many big plays in the 4th quarter under those circumstances to a mediocre offense.
Brunnel scrambles for 25 yds on 3rd and 27.
Then Moss burns us for 2 long TDs
Mind you all this happened under the 6 minute mark of the 4th quarter against arguably the worst offense in the league up until that point.
The Brunnel scramble is somewhat understandable. But you cant let a WR get behind you on basic post patterns when a team HAS to score a TD.
