That would be a pretty great haul, but there's a possibility none of them, especially Armstead, are there when we pick in those rounds.

Where do I sign up for that draft? That'd be great. Very unlikely though, but it would be something else if it worked out like that.

Stafford is not the play-making safety I'm looking for. Otherwise it's a great looking draft. A lot of these guys will probably be picked ahead of these slots though.

I agree.
The flaw with that draft is no really high-end safety. Most of the rest is pretty great, except that it's unrealistic.

:laugh2: Well the chances of getting your play making safety in the 6th round is pretty slim.

I agree about some of the other players (Short and Armestead) might not be there but I have seen many years where players are never going to fall that far...like Witten, Decastro, S.Jackson and a bunch of other names.

I never seen this and have been posting my own mock for weeks now:

Mock Draft 3/26/13 :)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My Dream Mock Draft:

1) Jonathan Cooper OG UNC
2) Kwane Short DT Purdue
3) Bacarri Rambo S Georgia
4) Brian Schwenke C Cal
5) Zac Stacy RB Vanderbilt
6) Marquise Goodwin WR Texas

I would be extremely happy but hoping the Boyz can Draft real close
to this we need a solid 4 players from this Draft

1. Jonathon Cooper OG, UNC
2. Kawann Short DT, Purdue
3. Terron Armstead OT, Arkansas Pine-Bluff
4. Gerald Hodges OLB, Penn State
5. Leveon Bell RB, Michigan State
6. Damion Stafford FS, Nebraska

I really couldn't think of a better first 3 rounds than this. My only change would be to somehow get D.J. Swearinger and David King, the DE/DT from Oklahoma (my Pet Cat).

Hope it turns out like this.

Yes that would be a very solid good draft, this was posted yesterday already

Yeah I am little torn in round 3 as well. If Armstead is still sitting there, it would be a tremendous value, but I am not sold on the starters at S either and would love to get Swearinger. If Armstead is there and taken in the 3rd, then I would probably take TJ McDonald in the 4th. He isn't the playmaking safety that I am dreaming about, but at least he knows the system and has experience with Kiffin.

I think Armestead in the third would probably be rated a full round higher than any of the Safeties left at that spot (of course that assumes that players like Cyprien and Reid are gone as well).

So even if you want a safety...Armstead would be rated much higher and at the same time it is at a position that could be upgraded even if it is a situation where you might have to let him develop for some time.

In other words....I think Armstead at round 3 pick would probably be just to good to pass up even if you have bigger needs elsewhere.
