1963, I was 5 years old.

I met Bob Lilly before a pre-season game in L.A. against the Rams and have been hooked ever since.

I went to a preseason game before the 1988 season. It was my first game and I was a fan from then on. The Cowboys lost to the Oilers 54-10 that night, but it was a good time. I was 8 or 9 at the time.

In all the years of watching the Cowboys I have not once left a game early nor turn the TV off before the game has ended. Even in blowout losses I will sit there in misery but I can't ever bring myself to turning the game off or walking out on the Cowboys.

I've been a fan since week 17 of last season, couldn't help but get emotionally attached to this team after that performance. It has been a tough tenure for me but I am sticking with it. I was - that close to seeing my first cowboys playoff game...maybe it was not that close, but it was close coming into the game. Hence the james sig, he was arguably the best player on the field for us that day.....:
