As some other people explained, we get lowest seed. If the Giants are the 5th seed, they'll play 4th (probably NFC North), and 3rd seed will play 6th.

Basically if the Giants win, and the other wildcard team loses. We play the Giants.

It's looking like it'll be Dallas/Seattle first round bye

They really are though, because you're dividing by 13 total wins and losses, not 12 1/2.
