Reasons not to give up on the season

I didn’t give up dude. I stopped posting because the board was overrun with you haters pounding your chest about how much the sucked. I was here almost every day checking on updates about players and coaches. @Reality is there a way to pull up the stats on my visits to put these constant lies to rest?

In other words, yes you gave up because of haters. You talked a big game last year and you had so much humble pie to eat, those left overs carried into early 2025.

You disengaged from the community just like the players who checked out of the season.

I don’t blame you, majority of your takes were wrong but what’s worse is you called out other users as haters when they didn’t agree with your take. You absolutely got what you deserved.

That being said, you’ve done a much better job this year, but only 23% of the season is complete.

The season is a surprise, because our defense is worse than anything imaginable, and our offense is surprisingly good. We aren't doing anything this year, and it wouldn't shock me if we only won a couple more games.
If only we had a competent GM, the future might not look so bleak, even with this trash D. But...it's Jerry and Cap Boy.

If somebody can give me any other way to draft a young QB next year with a high draft pick then great let’s win but just remember we are being lapped in the Division by every single team with a young promising QB while we have an older, injury prone QB who is killing our cap.

So great let’s just keep doing what we’re doing and cheer the same results and talk about the prospects of making the playoffs because that has worked out well too.

I hope we lose out and make a move in the draft to draft the future - but that’s just me.

Your prerogative to give up and hope they lose. Just not my character DNA.

The irony is. He brings up the people “giving up so soon” this season. Lol.

The best is when he tells people they wouldn’t make it in his platoon. Then denies saying it.

lol.

No you just give up when they lose. When they win you’re here with 3-5 posts during the week talking about all of the things the “haters” got wrong.

When they lose over and over like last year. You disengage because you are the epitome of being able to dish it out, but unable to take it.

Which is why you resort to reporting people after you bait them with posts like this.

Don’t listen to all the naysayers here who’ve already given up on the season. A season that isn’t even 25% over. They have one of the best, if not the best, offense in the league. Yes, they also have one of the worst, if not the worst, defenses in the league. The defense has had a different DC the last 3 years. Because of that, they’re struggling to learn this latest defensive scheme. IMO, they’ll steadily start to improve going forward. They’ll also get some help with some players coming back from injury.

It’s a long season and usually the ones standing at the beginning of the playoffs are the ones that have sustained the least amount of injuries. Just look at all the players around the league with season ending injuries to star players.

Hate breeds hate and there’s no better place to prove that than here. Don’t listen to them. Just because some yahoo here says they suck and aren’t going anywhere doesn’t mean they’re right. I don’t give up until the fat lady sings. And she’s not even warming up it’s so early.
You really know how to write.
Dak sucks.

Yes that is right it is early, and if this defense can get better look out because this offense should only get better as the season progresses.

Legend has it he goes crying to the mods on a regular basis.
His "I want Gimme banned for life" is well known among the mods.

It's a house of cards. Things have to fall in perfect line for this season to be "successful." I'm sick of circling the bowl for 30+ years. At some point you have to identify the problem and fix it. And it starts at the top. But Jerry wont ever do that so circle on...

That is perfectly fine and acceptable. That is my entire point behind your posts, bro. Have a great night!
Sorry to hear about the Reds. I was pulling for them. At least they made it further than the Stros did this year.

They can win despite Jerry. They did it before when Jerry was actually worse. He use to go down to the sidelines during games during Jimmys years.

I prefer to just approach each week as its own season. Fans who are too busy worrying about the big picture can't enjoy the moments.

I watched and enjoyed the tie with Green Bay because of how the offense played without Lamb and two of our starting linemen. That was fun to watch.

The tie bugs those who either think we have a shot at doing something this season because of how good our offense is or think we should be tanking because of how bad our defense is.

However, the season turns out is not something I can determine at this point, so why focus on it? That's not going to change anything.
