He was questioning why we went away from the run in the second half during an interview today. Listening on GAC.

Brian Broaddus is agreeing with Crayton. Crayton was saying that they have five "Freaks of Nature" up front that want to run the ball and two backs that can run it between the tackles. They were trying to grind out a win on the road, so why go away from running it?

He also said that the offense can't hang the defense out to dry like they did. Didn't point any fingers at any players that I heard.

Just caught another piece: Paraphrasing here, but Crayton said that the game was not Romo's fault and that he was tired of the game always being placed on Romo's shoulders to be the savior or the goat. He said the line was handling the defense in the run game and they should have leaned on them more in the second half.

He should. Should probably also ask why the 3rd/4th receiver was the main target for the final 2 plays of the game with a HOF CB right across from him.

Wade mention that we struggled in the 2nd half, 10 rushes for 19 yards. IF Barber was OK, I bet they would have ran the ball more. I'm surprised we got away from the screen passes that were working so well early on.

He said many things but the best was(and i paraphrase) saying we have 5 freaks of nature up front calling for the run and we're trying to win ugly on the road but we stop running the ball.

In my opinion, Red Jesus is on thin ice with these players and his future as HC is on even thinner ice.

I wacthed first and 10 with Jemelle hill and she's been spot on about Garrett from the jump. She said he's more worried about proving he's a genius, instead of putting romo in the best position. I'm just tired of the excuses. We had all offseason to get the problems and issues resolved, yet were hearing the same old tired nonsense.

I didnt hear crayton today but I have to say.

After reading some stuff this morning and listening to bob Sturm I am leaning towards the side of the aisle that thinks garrett is probably as much to blame as anyone for the problems here.

Ultimately as bob put it, Jerry is in control and runs a circus, wade is responsible to jerry and then the catch, the rest of the coaches are responsible to jerry also, not to wade.

and there is the problem with what has gone on here.

Let the circus begin. The question yesterday was if Wade has lost this team. I think we better start with Red and work our way to Wade because if the defense continues to hold up their end of the deal and the offense falters that will be where all hell breaks lose.

Lets see, we have had TO, Romo and the mouth all question Ivy League after a loss.

Some of you dont have a problem with him? Some of you want him as head coach?:lmao2::lmao2:

Sweet. I hope more and more people call out Garrett. I'm not happy at all with him.

I'm so sick of these damn draws and garbage shotgun formations. Just line it up and run the damn ball!

these players don't respect him and his cocky "i'm a genius" attitude. not to mention he's a bum OC. this team is in shambles.

I think his shot is lost at this point. I think Jerry would have canned Wade in the offseason if he thought Redball could have taken over. I think Jerry kept Wade in hopes of Garrett making some major strides this year and 1/4th of the way through, I don't think anyone can say its happened.

Rather than trying to hold onto a HC opportunity, I think he has to earn it again.

This 2 tight end offense is just unstopable, no one can contain Martellus and his 4 catches.

when does a WR call for more run plays?

one who wants to win ball games

everyone knows that you have to run to win football games

maybe not in October, but damn well in December and hopefully January (unless it's a dome stadium)
