Is Parcells playing Mr. Sensitive again?

Is he delaying the ascent of MBIII because he does not want to mess with JJ's psyche?

I like JJ. I think he is underused. Having said that, I wonder if Parcells will at last make his shuffle and give both equal billing as to starts/touches.

Because Barber has earned it.

I think so.He was clutch today.Personally i feel more comfortable with Marion as the main guy.He runs with an anger i love.

IMO, JJ is still the man.

Barber shows us all something different that is for sure. It seems as though he trusts the o-line a little bit more than JJ.

It seems that every time that JJ get's the ball, the o-line is letting guys get through and it's frustrating.

Thing is, Julius is supposed to be our homerun hitter and we haven't seen that at all this season. Barber has at least earned his 50-50 share (which is what he got today).

I'm not sure what happened to the rookie Julius but I've seen enough.

It will be ann interesting week re Parcells and what he says and does about JJ/MMIII. He'll probably stick with the status quo. Which, in latin, means meat and potatoes.

JJ does not seem to be willing to take chances now like he did *** a rookie- obviously BP's influence. Maybe JJ needs to be traded to some team that will let him play his way. MB looks like he will now be the man.

I think more will be found out next week against the Saints, who give up 5 yds per carry. Ball control will be of upmost importance considering Brees and company.

We definitely need a solid running game next week.

I like the one-two punch that is Barber and JJ. But, then again, if JJ does not show more ability and heads-down hard running. . . .

JJ will always have a more difficult time picking up the easy yards because he's so one-dimensional. When the defense knows you are either running it or pass protecting, it's pretty easy for them. Barber will get most of the draw play yards because he's in on passing situations. He'll also get most of the surprise running play yards because he's in on 3rd down.

He's a great downhill runner. JJ needs to work on improving the rest of his game. Today he ran great with one screen pass, but then they hit him in the open on a swing pass where he'd have been 1-1 with the defender and he just dropped the pass.

JJ is going to find his yards harder to come by due to his lack of diversity.
