I was willing to give a 3rd. Could have been talked into a conditional 2nd. Perhaps some language in there about active games played.

If im not mistaken Gordon had basically the exact same rookie season that TW is having. Gordon averaged 16.1 yrds per catch last yr. Guess what TW is averaging 16.1 yrds right now. Gordon had 5 tds all last yr TW has 5 tds already. gordon had 805 yrds TW has 531.

You guys cant even allow Tw to finish his rookie yr before wanting to replace him with Gordon? Jesus

I really like the rookie but Gordon would eat up that single coverage. Love the talent but Gordon is very close to being out of the league. I could see the Cowboys passing on him. I believe they did bid on him in the supplemental draft that year he was available.

Well, Gordon is a lot more talented than Williams. There's not much doubt about that. But Gordon is also 1000x the knucklehead, too. One of the things a lot of us like about TW is that he's a quiet, very conscientious kid with a great work ethic and zero off-field baggage -- pretty much the opposite of Gordon.

Besides, Dez may be okay now, but he's been a handful in the past. One of those may be all a team wants to handle at one time.
