When this story first broke, I went to see where he was listed in the draft before he started falling. Tankathon had him as a 3rd round talent. Although still a good player, probably not someone you're going to jump through hoops for. No one is touching him until the case is resolved.

To be fair he started out as the "go to" guy at the beginning of the season and then got hurt and Golden became the "go to" guy and stayed that way when he came back. He was faster than Golden on the football field despite the 40 time of Golden. He could be another Blue type weapon at the WR position.

Look at what happened with his college teammate Xavier Worthy in KC Chiefs land when he was proven wrongly accused,
and he even brought legal suit against his accuser. .

Unfortunately Bond was not as fortunate as Lale Collins, when his supposed involvement in a murder case was dismissed, but yet that sudden development
totally caused him to be undrafted as well.

Yes after trading for Toney, drafting Tyreek and keeping Rice they'll suddenly change their modus operandi.

Chiefs care very little about the off field optics compared to other teams for better or worse.

Every team has their share and Dallas has been on the worse end at different points but most recently the Chiefs and Browns just could care less what their guys do off the field if they can get them onto it.

I think teams are waiting to see what comes of the allegations against him. I mean, he was just charged in April with sexual assault. With just average production in college, no team was going to take the chance on him. If he's cleared, some team will give him a go just based on his speed.

At this point not signing Bond isn’t about assuming guilt. It’s about being smart to not sign him until the legal process is played out.

No way I would ever sign a guy with this kind of dark legal cloud hanging over him. Until due process has taken place, he can and should be presumed innocent. But no way we should sign this guy until or if his name has been cleared.
