Smart teams unload expensive players on the downside of their careers. Dumb teams sign those players and suffer in the end for it.

We've suffered for 21 years. More than Half of the time doing it your way. If neither way works Id rather sign some guys and at least have a couple great players to watch. I mean I know we do now with #421, but you get my point. It brings me to this question. If the outcome were going to be the same, (no championships), Would you rather watch an average to bad team with some good talent, or an average to bad team with no top shelf players?

Yes. Super bowl loss

And...

I believe he said something this past season about Caroll calling that play and saying "we all know how that turned out last time"
Ok you said 2 times, and it was about same SB int call, but really carroll didnt make that call , his OC did ??
Carroll just backed up his OC saying it was good call.
I thought it was a bad play to run at that point.

So Sherman speaks out a little I think it is ok, but many coaches would not like that.
I find it hard to believe they or carroll would trade him just for that.
They may feel his play is now below what he is paid too.

Jones boys should at least consider this, but they wont. They paid Carr a bunch and were somewhat disappointed, so
that factors into them not wanting to pay players, but they always choose the wrong ones to pay ! not counting OL

Sherman is a big mouth who thinks he can say whatever he feels just because he has talent. He is in the same category as Martelleus Bennett and Josh Norman. This is a young team and I don't want the team being poisoned by an aging overpaid player with too many opinions he feels are facts and his unfiltered delivery.

love this guy as a player and wouldn't mind the "mouth" as some people allude...imo, the team could use a little more of the WKG on defense, a little more nastiness (less Gregory, more randy white)...but, that all being said, he would cost premium resources and I don't give that to a team that looks to be in the playoffs, and thus, someone that we could face....so, if a free agent? sure, I would consider it (depends on his asking price)...since he is not? nope

Let's see if I can fix this lol

1. Super bowl call
2. Again, similar call last season

That's two times.

Player says to media "we see how that went before".... for me... it's not ok.... that is the difference between losing the team/locker room.

It wasn't the Cowboys or Denver making that offer. A 3rd team that Ware did not want to play for made that offer. Possibly the Rams where Wade Phillips is DC.

The Rams should have a scary defense next year...

You are correct Darrell Bevell made the call and never took the blame for it.
Pete tried to "cover" for his moronic OC. Instead of taking responsibility for a craptastic play call he (Bevell) blamed the players, shows the type of weasel he is. Being a Seattle fan I'd trade Bevell for any OC in the league.

In those 21 years, Cowboys have done their share of Roy Williams, Rahib Ismail, Joey Galloway kind of guys.

That's one of the reasons the Patriots are the best team of this generation. They know when to let players go. See Lawyer Milloy, Vince Wilfork, Richard Seymour, Deion Branch, Chandler Jones, Logan Mankins, etc.

Lol.

Of which of his opinions do you have the biggest issue with.
