This means Mo and Carr can man-up and funnel everything in the middle for this kid to clean up.

He is the playmaker that creates problems for the offense and will make this defense work.

If you have to trade up and get him, do it. This is top five talent that likes a little bud.

Like the rest of the locker room doesn't.

Work FA and get another lineman, but get this kid first and foremost.

He is not the next Ed Reed or Darren Woodson. Forget RKG, the guy isn't worth it as a player at the NFL level. He is small, slow, had a total of 4 interceptions in college and hasn't played in over a year. That is not a stellar resume. Then after all that consider the fact he was dumb enough to get kicked off the LSU team. LSU is one of the most forgiving teams in college football and he managed to screw that up.

He was a terrific college player, but I don't think his talents will translate to the nfl.

And if we are going to overlook the RKG thing, then we should consider Da'Rick Rogers and Rambo, both of whom I think have a much higher ceiling at the next level.

Based on what? The guy has failed one test after another. What's going to make him go straight - and stay straight - for many years? A lot of players are on their best behavior the first year, then regress after that. What's different about him, that's worth risking any kind of investment? You really think he's given up the pipe for good? Maybe, but not likely, and if he can't stay in the league because he can't stay clean, what's the point?

Don't be seduced by talent. He had one fantastic year in college, surrounded by a great defense. Personally, I think he's overrated. And I don't care if he is the next Ed Reed or Darren Woodson (which he isn't). He's just not worth the risk.
