How many Commanders have tested positive for steriods or banned substances the last few years?

Am I biased or does it seem like more than the norm?

He claims it was pain medication apparently.

and barry bonds claimed it was lotion right? everyone has an excuse, and while I don't have a list in front of me, it's curious that another skins player has teted positive.

Since 2011 the Commanders have accounted for 14.6% of the leagues substance abuse bans.

Relief from the pain of sucking, I guess. Or maybe he needed pain medication from a rat-bite he got from his head coach.

That's a well-run organization, there.

off the top of my head, i know the DB Cedrick Griffin tested positive. Santana Moss' name was associated with a Canadian doctor who was found guilty of providing steriods and now Rob Jackson.

I know there have been a few more, but I'm starting to think it's a team thing now.
