Three years to the month since he drove head first on his motorcycle into a Chrysler, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has suffered another injury.

According to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Roethlisberger quit in the middle of a Wednesday morning practice after hurting his left knee. He reportedly “limped heavily” around the field, and he still was limping an hour after suffering the injury.

He was limping even after practice, but he had no brace or wrap or other device on the leg.

Both Roethlisberger and coach Mike Tomlin declined to talk about the injury.

The Steelers have one more practice this week and three next week before shutting down until training camp.

Hate to see injuries, but hopefully it is a bad omen for their upcoming season.

They CAN NOT get Lombardi #7

he always does this. he'll get hurt and then come back and play amazing and then people will be saying what a great job he did playing hurt, etc. like when he was carted off the field this past season...give me a break.

Well he sold his soul to the devil. How else do you explain his success?...Don't say because he's a good QB.

I know why this happened...

If he was studying how NOT to hurt his knee on this day instead of golfing this would have never happened.

Right Cowboyjoe?

Meh. He's had an all-world defense that gives him extra multiple possession every game and he still can barely come through. He takes care of defenses when they are completely gassed and have nothing left. Remember the Cowboy Steeler game this year? That's typical Ben..his defense did all the work and he rakes the scraps. He's pretty garbage the first 3 quarters. He shouldn't even gotten that first ring. He played absolutley terrible and if not for his stellar defense they would have gotten blown out. I don't think he's that good.

Irvin on his radio show had a doctor, a shrink one, that described a phenomenon called Munchkins(sp?) or Munchouse desiease. Which is described as a person who always exgagerates injuries etc. ANd it was in regard to Rothelisberger.

Woody, when he came on the show, indicated, Flozell is sometimes one of them for Cowboys.

Big Ben is always exgagerating his injuries. Heck he got the ire of his previous coach but pointing to his injuries. I believe thats one of the reasons that him and Bill Cowher had issues.

Other extreme is Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. They try not to talk about injuries. Same with Tony Romo to an extent. Well other than Ben I don't know of a QB who pretends injury or exgagerates an injury in NFL currently.

His HGH regimen will have him back on the field in no time.
