Now this could spell some big trouble for Dallas as well. If it's serious and keeps him out or even if it's just bad enough to hinder his effectiveness this is going to really hurt a already shaky defense.

I think its still on the offense. If the offense plays the possession game and successfully use the clock, the defense can take a few injuries.

Romo
Free
Leary
Ro (who hasn't been healthy all season)

Pretty short list

Durant too...not sure if you didn't list him because he's assumed to be out for hte year or not.

But Cowboy fans can't scream about injuries. We're probably the most healthy team in the league right now even with those injuries above. Very lucky.

Possibly so.

But it's pretty thin on that side, especially on the play maker side of things, and losing one of those play makers is just not good.

It is. They've been taking the next man up approach and its pretty much been working thus far. I remember how it was that Rams game....i'll just say I hope our linebackers starting on Sunday is some combination of Rolando, Carter and either Hitchens or Wilber. I hope its not Hitchens and Wilber out there at the same time.

Short but deadly. Durant can be added to that since they haven't put him on IR yet
Durant is already on IR. Moved him there earlier so they could sign another vet LB.

Forgot about him..

I dont remember if he was on the injury list VS Washington. I know it effected his play VS Giants. Other then it not being serious enough too keep him out, I don't remember seeing a whole lot of details

Man, does this team need to draft LB's. We talk about having Ro, Lee, and Carter for next year. And while it sounds great on paper, none of them can stay healthy. Neither can Durant. While d-line is a priority in the next draft, we can't forget to draft more LB's too.

I imagine if you compared that injury report to most teams, it would look pretty good.

Has Ro had a week where he hasn't missed practice because of injury yet? With his history it makes you wonder how many of them are "injuries" to keep him from practicing.

Either way I don't really care if he keeps showing up the way he has on Sundays, but it does make me think.
