From Alabama, 6'4" 260lbs Rolando McClain. He don't make enough impact plays for his size, speed and instinct. The problem is don't like to practice. (IMO) Since he has being with the Cowboys he has missed training camp for some kind of injury or personal problem. We don't have time for him to get in the flow and use the games in the season for training camp. His first game back from being suspend I was like wow that's the MLB every team dream to have. He was disruptive force. For his size at MLB he should making plays all over the field and when an opposing player cross in front of him they should get laid out. He not playing like he want a multi deal from the Cowboys. Just satisfied to have a 1 year deal with no long term financial security. Time to cut bait and draft a MLB or put Anthony Hickens in the MLB and draft an OLB. Damn 6'4" 260, man get hungry and get beast mode.

I agree with you, but last night isn't the best game to judge him. He was really good last night.

NOBODY will give him a multi-year deal. He's one marijuana puff from a one-year suspension.

which is why we would be wise to move on. if the team believes Anthony Hitchens can be an effective MLB, then he needs to play there next year. If not, we need to draft one. To be honest, moving Lee outside did not make him any more durable, move him back there, just no more McClain.

doesn't. Ro McClain doesn't make enough impact plays.
I don't think we should give up on Ro. He is a difference maker. Just wait for it. It's coming.

Rolando McClain, a 6'4" linebacker weighing in at 260 lbs is from Alabama. He doesn't make enough impact plays for his size, speed and instinct. yes, last night he had a good game. I think something like 10 total tackles, 5 solo. This should be his average tackle per game, but talking about impact plays, game changing plays. Our defense have only one impact player when he not injury and that's Sean Lee. He can't make all the impact plays. Our defense need an impact player from the DL, LB, DB. Yes, the defense has been playing good all season and played very well last night, we still need an impact player game changer at level of our defense. Just think how good our defense can be.
