thats why Parcells says the kid is smart. Highest QB score that year! Is 40 the highest?

So, you cn add Vince Young's score to Romo's and come out less than the maximum?

Good test takers don't impress me much. Do you want the book smart surgeon or the experienced/ talented/ gifted one performing your operation?

I had a link a few years back and took it. Scored a 37 myself and I'm no genius. Guess that's a good score.

No, you might be a poor or unprepared test taker but i doubt you're stupid. This is evidence of the whacked condition of the American education system, test like this that is, not your persnal perfromance on it.
