Romo and Dez

How many jump balls should we throw? By definition a jump ball is anyone's ball. I may be a d-bag, but I don't propose stupidity.

Depends on what you are talking about.. if you are talking about a hail mary type ball then no, that would be stupid.. but if you are talking about a 20+ yard pass along the sideline when the receiver is covered.. but can also jump 12 feet high, then I would disagree with you. He would have the advantage over the defender and not to mention the pass interference penalties are called all the time. We should throw a lot more of those. Eli threw several of those in the last game and he ended up with 510 yards passing.

Yup CBs are not going to be be able to defend that often and it is really one of Dez's strengths so why would you not go to it a few more times? I see Calvin Johnson get these passes all the time for the same obvious reasons.

Sounds like common sense to me. It just so happens we rarely do it for some reason. Is it JG's play calling or Tony not "trusting" Dez/Miles? Either way, it needs to change asap.

I think it is a combination of many factors. Lack of trust, Garrett doesn't like it or Romo is afraid of throwing another pick that he will get crucified for in the media. I am sure it is embedded in the back of his mind on every throw.

Something does need to be changed, at least attempt it more often to keep the D honest, run more crossing routes and 15 yd curls. I want to see more play action, especially Romo bootlegs close to the GL.
