and when they weren't (Romo hitting Dez in stride) of course Dez dropped it. Still running on about 3 cylinders.....same crap, different season. The Oline is serviceable IMO, the defense is very serviceable and the skill players are pretty solid on offense. It's execution and penalties: especially on the road: same bugaboo as the last 5 seasons. Red in the end is responsible. I DESPERATELY want the guy to succeed but these kind of duds like today can't go on forever. JJ has the patience of JOB compared to me I gotta tell ya......in the end, the dink and dunk of today's passing game is laughable. They went vertical once and like I said earlier, Dez promptly dropped it. Something has to give at some point....and you can't fire the players so Red is on notice.....again.

Romo played good until the 4th quarter, if you think other wise, then I guess we were watching 2 different games. I still think our issues on offense are more to do with play calling and lack of creativity. Also the atrocious running game doesn't help ...

no man....NO argument with you. He was so uncomfortable in the 4th....I was right on edge watching him. He's either hurt or doesn't agree with Callahan's calls or both. It's just brutal. Total gift to the Chiefs today....and as much as Murray was sluggish, Dunbar is ELECTRIC. Problem is he's a fumble waiting to happen. Darn shame because if he could hold onto it, he'd be a big part of the solution IMO.

Agree until we run the ball even somewhat the defense will dictate to us every single time.

Still have to give the KC defense a little credit. I only saw the 4th quarter where I live (after GB/Was became out of hand) and Romo looked willing to throw the ball away instead of forcing it. Not really too mad about this loss. The Chiefs won it more than Romo, Murray, or any Cowboy lost it (if that makes sense).

The offensive line held up well besides a few missed assignments and timely flags.. Murray is missing holes. As hard as he runs, I have to admit, I don't think he's ever going to be a top back like I initially thought. Romo is Romo

. That's a good and bad thing. He can still get it done, never really questioned that but what it comes down to and always has, is pressure plays and Romo falls short more often then not. It doesn't help that he thinks he can change every play. The offense is very chaotic.

They need to be above average in every game.

Maybe, Callahan can't stir the secret sauce?
