I'm glad that's over.

I'm looking forward to seeing the competition Henson brings next TC. If he makes the leap from year 2 to year 3 that Romo did, he's our starter next year hands down.

I'm actually proud of Romo. This guy has come in as an undrafted free agent and appears to be developing quite nicely. Hopefully, with Henson getting another year to watch, maybe the game will start to slow down for him too at next year's training camp. Something that I've thought about today is, they should have never messed with the kid's delivery.

Interesting thought. I'm not saying he's another Tom Brady--but anyone think we may see a repeat this season of Bledsoe eventually being replaced by a younger starter? I just have a feeling about Romo, is all.

God. What wonders one preseason game can do.

Starter? Are you guys insane?

Hey, I once threw a touchdown pass in an intramural football game in college. Maybe i can be an NFL starter too.

We'd better hope Drew stays upright all season long, if Romo has to come in, we are in trouble. Ditto for Henson.

and you don't have an agenda. I bet you didn't expect Henson to suck like he has to this point when you picked that screen name.

Agenda? Me? Not really. My nick suggests an agenda, but it was born out of the frustration of last season with Vinny giving points away with every interception he threw. Henson stinks right now, and so does Romo. We are in deep crap if Bledsoe has to miss some time.

Geez people it's pre-season. No game planning, scrubs playing, etc. Do we forget this stuff from one pre-season to the next? The difference in pre-season and the regular season is most striking at the QB position.

Not to throw cold water on the Romo lovefest here, but don't you think we should wait and see Romo take at least one snap in a regular season game before we annoint him the next Jake Delhomme. It's his 3rd year he should be about ready to take a snap in a real game by now, don't ya think?

I saw Romo play OK versus a bunch of scrubs. Yeah, we could "be talking starter" here, indeed.

Well at the least I'm starting to think we won't be totally embarrassed if Romo has to come in. He needs more time. I hope he gets another half and I'd like to see him come in for the 2nd quarter and play against the first teamers hopefully. Don't think it will go done that way though.

Even if Romo went 15/15 for 300 yards and 8 TDs vs the Texans starters he still wouldn't be the starter. Bill Parcells would still stay with Bledsoe. And for right now, that's a good thing.
