Goes back into the locker room comes back out in a brace and starts barking in Garretts ear about what plays should be called. In an age where people deride Cutler for not caring how can you not love this guy. Come back soon Tony :(

Listening to the Philly Fanatic post game and one of the callers mentioned that. Then he said that it made him feel sick and disgusted to realize they may never have a QB like Tony Romo. He felt dirty saying it, you could tell. That made it even better.

I'm honestly surprised he didn't try to go back in the game like he usually does right after breaking bones. Tough juice personified.

Notice that right after they showed that... Weeden throws that strike to Twill who goes untouched for a TD

Its cause he already knew. He had the injury before. He knew it as soon as it happened.

Tony has a very genuine smile. I hope this team can somehow pull it out of them to patch the ship until our stars get back to us and sail it.

p.s. Has anyone ever noticed when Jay Cutler tries to smile it looks like it hurts him?

I think whatever warm and fuzzy meds Tony got in the locker room were starting to kick in when he got back to the sideline

They typically just inject the fracture site with bupivicaine, and it provides local anesthesia without systemic effects for 4-6 hours.

So, no need for hydrocodone, morphine, etc.

I'm pretty sure he knew something was seriously wrong the 1st time he broke his collarbone. He grabbed his helmet and walked towards the field anyways. He probably knows they won't let him play hurt anyways so might as well not fight it lol.

He'll be back hoisting the Lombardi

All these little, things may be a blessing in disguise..

We are going to have to figure out how to win games by scraping and crawling for a few weeks.

If we can win a few games like today and last week it will go a long way come playoff time.

Excellent point Catch - time for the defense to carry this team for awhile and I think they've have the players to do it.
