Tony Romo needs a real coach; not a HEADCASE like Parcells. As soon as Romo took off there was Parcells trying ot tear him down with comments like "put the anointing oil away". We've seen it far too much where Parcells underestimates his players and coaches, and you don't have to look past New Orleans to see that being removed form Parcells makes the NON-PARCELLS GUYS coach and play better than anything a Parcells Guy ever produced in Dallas.

Jerry Jones, it's time you FIRED Parcells and hired a real coach who won't tear down players that deserve better. I'm tired of reading that Parcells has "trust" issues when what they really boil down to are clinical ego-mania and clinical-paranoia. Parcells needs the also fire his therapist and hire a psychiatrist. And I'm not kidding. I honestly think he needs medication and should not be allowed to be in charge of anything. The man is the biggest NUTJOB there is and the Dallas Cowboys, and especially Tony Romo deserve better.

In closing, I will say this. I like how Romo stood up to Parcells's comments. All Parcells did was crap-talk about how Tony Romo took too many chances with the football. But when asked about it, Tony Romo said that when he talked with Troy Aikman, it was Aikman who told him not be afraid to take chances when your team is behind and needs a spark from their QB. I credit Romo for taking those chances after Parcells’ flawed game-planning was what put the team behind in December’s games. I find great comfort that Romo has the smart - and SANE - sense to listen to Aikman, a hall-of-fame QB, instead of a has-been coach who needs to stop coaching and ruining other peoples’ lives like he’s ruined his own.

We averaged 26 points a game this year!

Anyone watching this year should see the defense was the issue.

Seems Parcells has a military mindset. I dont fault him for that, in this instance.

Weed out the weak links, and never let a guy get too full of himself, etc.

There are things that you can fault Parcells for, but that aspect isnt one of them.

OT- But if more parents were as consistant as Parcells there probably wouldnt be as many bad *** kids in these recent generations.

Hell at this point Rack, you probably have the longest ignore list here if your ignoring all the parcells bashers.

You guys hate on Parcells too much. It seems like everything thats wrong with the Cowboys is Parcells fault somehow.

I realize that you are a misguided Skins fan (Based on name alone at this point). Just messing with ya man.

How exactly are the Cowboys "solid contenders" ?

Seems to me that many of the Cowboys fanbase would disagree.

Yeah, Romo obviously needs someone other than a person who takes a risk on an undrafted free agent, develops him for four years, positively attributes him with "moxie", refuses two trades for him, and makes him his starting QB.

That would make a great poll question. I'd vote yes if we were talking about the roster. I'd vote no if we were talking about the coaches.

I am not a Parcells basher,, i would like to see him back. But when a Coach builds HIS team from the ground up,, whose fault is it?

I might have outstretched it with "solid contender". I guess "respectable roster" is a better term for it.

Its the way I look at Joe Gibbs with us. We might suck but the team Joe has built us gives me hope every season. Considering their was a time we looked forward to next season with guys like Ramsey, Trung Candidate and Laverneus Coles... now atleast we have a lot of hope for next season with abundance of talent we have on the offensive side with Campbell, Portis, Betts, Cooley, Moss and the monster of an O-line...

The same goes for Cowboys... having Romo, Barber, Glenn etc. is much better than having Quinthy and Hambrick. Parcells has gotten them a roster that gives them hope.

I really have no problem with how BP has handled Romo, and actually he was right for trying not to let Romo get full of himself.

I have bigger issues with Parcells' other than the one mentioned above.

ahh, now thats a better explanation. Thank you sir.

Cowboys certainly have the talent, and playmakers, their problem is discipline and swagger, guess Parcells and Gibbs have at least that in common.
