I think Romo will win more games than McNabb, Brunell... he just plays better than both of those QB's...

By himself or did you mean the whole team win more games than the Eagles and the Skins?

Thats a given... we will win more games than those 2 teams... I mean, Romo in his 10 starts will win more than those two QB's

Romo just needs to concentrate on getting his team in the playoffs like McNabb and Burnell already has.

For Romo to get those wins this team is will need to play more consistent than they have. We have got to cut down on the penalties and the defense is going to have to play better week in and week out. We can't afford to continue mental lapses that this team tends to have. I loved the fact that we won this past game and we did a lot of things right but to be a top contender this team must play with more consistency

Sorry YOMick. I knew what you meant. I guess I got up on the wrong side of the rock.

I too believe that Romo is capable of leading this team into the playoffs this year. The release is too quick and the brain seems to be just as the fast. However, the overall team will have to acheive a level of consistency (ala Doomsday) that will allow us to overcome mistakes made by the young QB as well as the team overall.

I hope this is true but I am trying to temper my enthusiasm because consistency is the key to being successful in pro sports. If Romo can put good games together back to back beginning in Washington (Landover, MD for those living in "the Area") then I will be 100% behind this statement.

Until then in the words of Coach Parcells "lets not move Romo to Ohio just yet."

Well for one thing,Brunell is at the end of his career. He also won alot of games at jacksonville.I love what I saw out of Romo, but lets tap the brakes on him right now.Romo has only started one game, lets give him some time to see how it turns out.It really isn't fair to Romo,to be comparing him to other QB'S that have been successful in this league. After saying all of that,it's okay to be a romosexual!

Are you talking about this year or throughout his career.

If this year then I would say it's possible - we are already in good position.

If you are talking about a career, you are putting the cart WAYYYYY before the horse.

Can we at least see one or two more games first? Defenses will start to adjust to his tendencies.

The Eagles have a tough schedule down the road, and if Dallas can get on a roll here then anything is possible. Confidence plays a big factor in this league.

Is that for this season or career? He is far behind and is starting later in his career. Also he might not be our franchise QB. I see the bandwagon is built, but lets see how far it goes.
